Weekends:

WHAT IS CrossFit TRAINING?
CrossFit Training is a form of high intensity interval training, it is a strength and conditioning workout that is made up of functional movement performed at a high intensity level. These movements are actions that you perform in your day-to-day life, like squatting, pulling, pushing etc.
At Nova CrossFit we program methodically day to day. This allows you to have a good full workout week after week.

It is easy for me to keep my membership rolling at NOVA CrossFit for at least three reasons: 1. Members and coaches are positive and encouraging, 2. Workout routines make sense from all perspectives of maximizing gains / minimizing injuries, 3. Gym atmosphere is light and equipment is in good condition.
