About the Journal
Retirement Change Journal was founded as an autonomous analytical platform designed to fill the information gap within the higher-education and nonprofit retirement sectors. Our coverage centers on structural changes, leadership transitions, and regulatory updates affecting institutional retirement plans and their participants.
Our goal is to maintain a clear, verifiable record of industry developments, bringing transparency to complex corporate and institutional changes that are often difficult to track.
Editorial Mission
Our mission is to deliver thorough, evidence-based coverage of changes in the 403(b) market. We follow a "Documentation-First" approach, emphasizing the preservation of primary source records over speculative industry analysis.
